Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of jewelry products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was received
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos and order details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
3. Refund Process
Once the return request is approved and the item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
5. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us immediately and do not use the item.
